This soup is characterized by the aftertaste of kelp. We used a combination of 6 types of stock: bonito flakes, kelp, mackerel, dried sardines, dried shiitake mushrooms, and chin.
3.Oage
"Fluffy fried chicken" is thicker than the fried chicken used in regular Nissin Donbei Kitsune Udon, and the more you chew it, the more flavor it oozes out. We use 100% whole soybeans.
4. Ingredients
Kamaboko, green onions.

``Special Yuzu Shichimi Chili Pepper'' specially prepared by Yawataya Isogoro, a long-established store in Nagano Prefecture. When added to the finish, the scent of high-quality yuzu will spread.

3. Kakiage
"Oni Kakiage" is made using Nissin Foods' proprietary method and is thicker than the kakiage used in "Nissin Donbei Kakiage Tempura Udon." By increasing the amount of onions, the flavor improved.

"Special Shichimi Chili Pepper" specially prepared at Yagenbori, a long-established shop in Asakusa, Tokyo. If you add it to the finish, the mellow spiciness and aroma of roasted chili peppers will spread.
