Compared to traditional fan-shaped drippers, the conical shape creates a deeper coffee grounds layer. The water flows toward the center, allowing for longer contact with the coffee grounds and extracting more flavor.
The water passes through without being restricted by the dripper, similar to a cloth filter, and the coffee taste can be adjusted by the speed at which the water is poured, allowing you to enjoy your coffee to your preference.
The ribs inside the dripper extend high up to create a space between the paper filter and the dripper, preventing the coffee core from expanding during blooming and allowing air to escape properly.
This design ensures you can enjoy the maximum flavor of your coffee.
The dripper comes with a holder for stability on smaller mugs, and the holder can be removed to place the dripper directly on a server.
