We will accept returns and exchanges of products in accordance with our company regulations if you request it within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If there are any problems such as damage

Once you receive your package, please inspect the items and contact us immediately if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item so we can assess the issue and consider a solution.

 

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on perishable items (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made items or other special-order items, or personal items such as beauty products. We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

 

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
Rather than exchanging an item, it may be faster to return your current item and purchase a new one separately once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process your refund.
