What is “Ganso Nagahamaya”?
Established in 1952, this is a famous long-established ramen shop representing Nagahama, Fukuoka City, and is known as the birthplace of kaedama, where only the noodles are replaced.
Kae-dama started when a customer said, "The soup is a waste, so can you just give me the noodles?"
