●This mini shaker features a special structure that helps prevent matcha from forming clumps.
Simply add about 20cc of water and matcha, then shake to create a concentrated matcha liquid.

●This concentrated matcha liquid can be diluted with hot water or milk to make matcha latte,
or poured over ice cream and desserts like affogato,
making it perfect for a wide variety of matcha recipes.

【How to make concentrated matcha】

・Fill the mini shaker with water up to the line (20cc).
※Use water at 40°C or below. Do not use boiling water.

・Next, add about 2g of matcha into the mini shaker.
※If matcha is added first, it may settle in the bottom groove and dissolve less easily.

・Make sure the lid is securely closed and shake about 20 times.
・Add 80–150cc of water or hot water to the concentrate to make authentic matcha.
